The Nightingale Bamford School is an independent all-girls school serving students from Kindergarten through Grade 12.
Job Summary
The Nightingale Bamford school is looking for qualified applicants with competitive high school and/or college tennis coaching and competing experience for the position of Varsity Tennis Coach. Highly motivated candidates possessing strong leadership and communication skills are encouraged to apply. The coach will carry out a positive and constructive experience for the student-athletes and coaches, adopt a high level of coaching and instruction, and lead the team with compassion and understanding while encouraging a collaborative and competitive spirit. The coach will be expected to uphold and promote the mission and philosophy of the Nightingale Bamford school and the Athletics Department, while following the rules set forth by the Athletic Association of Independent Schools League (AAIS).
Responsibilities and Primary Duties
Collaborate with coaches to organize and plan thoughtful practices in advance.
Send daily communications to the team, coaches, and athletic administrators, and follow up with student-athletes when necessary.
Carry out all safety protocols.
Travel to and from practices and meets with the team.
Attend Professional Development sessions.

Position salary/stipend will be commensurate on experience and contingent upon candidate qualifications and interests.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $5,750.00 – $6,250.00 per season
