About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lacrosse Instructor to join our team in San Francisco. As a member of our platform, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, define your rates, and work with enthusiastic students ready to improve their performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized training programs tailored to each student’s unique needs, enhancing their Lacrosse techniques and confidence.
• Create engaging lesson plans and training regimens that foster a supportive learning environment, promoting growth, enjoyment, and success in the sport.
• Apply effective coaching methods and creative drills to ensure consistent progress, satisfaction, and retention among students.
• Develop and maintain relationships with students and parents, addressing concerns and celebrating successes.

Requirements

Previous experience in Lacrosse coach jobs, Lacrosse instructor jobs, or similar Lacrosse teacher roles, demonstrating your ability to inspire and motivate students.

A genuine passion for Lacrosse and a strong desire to share your knowledge with others.

Excellent communication skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels, from beginners to advanced players.
