We’re seeking experienced and dedicated Baseball Instructors in San Francisco to join our team. Our flexible model allows you to set your own schedule, define your rates, and work with students who are eager to improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans that address the unique needs and goals of each student.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth, enjoyment, and success in the sport.
• Implement effective coaching strategies and creative drills to ensure consistent progress and satisfaction.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with students and parents to ensure a positive and productive experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Baseball coaching or similar roles.
• A genuine passion for Baseball and a commitment to inspiring others.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and effectively teach students of all levels.
