Job Description:

• This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires a coach to lead a lacrosse team and mentor student-athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor student-athletes to develop their individual skills and teamwork abilities.
• Develop and implement effective practice plans to improve team performance.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
• Drive school vehicles as needed.
• Mentor student-athletes to help them develop academically, physically, and socially.

Requirements:

• A valid California driver’s license is required.
• Fingerprinting verification is necessary (the employer will reimburse the cost).
• CPR and First Aid certification are mandatory; the employer will coordinate certification for selected candidates.
• ASEP or NFHS Coaching Certification is a requirement for high school coaches; the employer will provide certification for selected candidates.
• Availability during after-school hours weekdays (2pm-7pm) and weekends as scheduled is essential.
