Sports Coach and Program Developer

We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sports Coach and Program Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering sports programs for children and adults of various age groups and skill levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and program development, with a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective programs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering sports programs that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
• Coaching and mentoring staff and volunteers.
• Maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and well-maintained.
• Assisting in the development of special events and activities.

Requirements:

• A minimum age of 16 years.
• Prior experience in sports coaching and program development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
