Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our baseball program at summer camp.
About the Role
- Develop and implement engaging baseball activities for campers of varying skill levels.
- Lead a team of coaches in delivering high-quality instruction and supervision.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages camper growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver dynamic baseball drills and training sessions.
- Oversee team competitions and ensure fair play.
- Maintain open communication with camp leadership to address any camper-related issues.
- Comply with all relevant child protection policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Prior coaching experience in baseball, preferably at the elementary or high school level.
- Coaching certification in baseball or an advanced degree in Sports Administration is highly desirable.
