Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and familiarity with Division III athletics and NCAA rules and regulations. Availability to work during athletic events that are scheduled for evenings or weekends is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aids the head coach in the development and implementation of team strategies.
• Assists with the recruitment of student-athletes and coordinates travel arrangements for the team.
• Maintains accurate records of team performance and statistics.
• Provides administrative support to the head coach and sports information director.
• Assists with fundraising efforts and develops relationships with alumni and community members.
• Participates in team planning sessions and attends all games and tournaments.
