**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Director of Coaching to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our coaching staff and driving player development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement coaching programs that align with our strategic goals
2. Mentor and coach coaching staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
4. Monitor player progress and provide feedback to coaching staff

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience, preferably in youth soccer
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
