**Job Title:** Baseball Head Coach

**About the Role**

The position of Baseball Head Coach is responsible for teaching fundamental skills as well as more advanced routines to campers.

• This involves overseeing a team that guides campers through day-to-day activities during this activity segment.
• The coach will develop and lead daily activity-specific drills and training components.
• Additionally, the coach oversees participant development culminating in team competitions.

**Responsibilities**

• Ensure the welfare of campers and resolve any issues that may arise by communicating clearly and consistently with camp leadership staff.
• Willingness to comply with child protection policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as contracted.

**Requirements**

• Prior coaching experience in baseball at the elementary or high school level is required.
• A coaching certification in baseball or an advanced degree in Sports Administration is highly preferred.
