**Baseball Head Coach Position**

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and experienced Baseball Head Coach to lead our summer camp program.

• The ideal candidate will have prior coaching experience in baseball at the elementary or high school level and a strong passion for working with youth.
• The coach will be responsible for developing and leading daily drills and training components, as well as overseeing participant development.
• The coach will also ensure the welfare of campers and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead daily activity-specific drills and training components.
• Oversee participant development culminating in team competitions.
• Ensure the welfare of campers and resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior coaching experience in baseball at the elementary or high school level.
• A coaching certification in baseball or an advanced degree in Sports Administration is highly preferred.
