**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced coach to join our Division I collegiate basketball team as an Assistant Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of team strategies, managing game day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing and implementing team strategies
- Managing game day operations, including scheduling and practice management
- Collaborating with the head coach to achieve team goals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
**Qualifications:**
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2-4 years of collegiate coaching experience are required. The successful candidate will also possess a deep understanding of NCAA rules and regulations, as well as experience working in a culturally diverse environment.
