The position of Assistant Coach – Basketball is a pivotal role within our Women’s Basketball Program. As a key member of the coaching staff, you will work closely with the head coach to achieve program goals and objectives.

Main Objectives

• To identify and recruit high-caliber student-athletes.
• To assist in the coordination of game schedules and logistical arrangements.
• To develop and present scouting reports to inform team decisions.
• To collaborate with the head coach in planning and organizing practices.
• To support summer camps and other program events.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will have opportunities to contribute to the development of team strategies, participate in program promotional activities, and engage in other initiatives that support the program’s success.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Significant coaching experience at the collegiate level.
• PREFERRED Advanced degree and collegiate experience.
