Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to assist the Head Coach in running an NCAA Division III Lacrosse program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching and coaching student athletes, recruiting top talent, and developing game strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Teach and coach student athletes to achieve academic and athletic success.
- Recruit highly selective high school senior athletes to join the team.
- Develop and implement game strategies to ensure team success.
- Lead physical training and practice organization to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
