Dnamo Football Club is more than just a soccer organization; we are a community-driven team dedicated to fostering a love for the game among our youth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including emails, registration data entry, and maintaining our soccer operations calendar.
- Become proficient with our platforms, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Schedule practices and games and secure field rentals
- Be our program communications guru, sending timely updates to families.
- Handle player transfers and release forms.
- Facilitate weekly staff meetings, prepare agendas, and send meeting notes post-meeting.
- Highlight crucial deadlines that keep our club running like clockwork.
- Keep club members in the loop with monthly newsletters and blast emails.
- Work closely with DOC, DOP, and coaching staff.
- Manage permits, submit and track as needed.
- Register teams for various leagues and coordinate uniform orders.
- Attend quarterly Norcal and SF Youth Soccer meetings and Pensra/referee meetings.
- Ensure compliance with child safety requirements.
- Manage special events in partnership with DOC and DOP.
- Collect necessary documentation and create our annual flyer before tryouts.
- Collaborate with DOC and DOP to recruit and activate interns/volunteers.
- Send contracts to selected players during club tryouts and follow up on outstanding responses.
- Track players on scholarship/financial aid, ensuring obligations are met.
Essential Duties:
- Create and maintain quality rapport with management, and parents.
- Address emails courteously and promptly.
- Organize and update various schedules and assignments, from team rosters to playing schedules, fields, surveys/forms, and reports.
- Maintain a contact database for teams and administrators.
- Process and update player and coach registrations.
- Keep team schedules on point, accounting for requirements, referee availability, field availability, and coaching conflicts.
- Tackle any other administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:
- Living near San Francisco is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Soccer experience is a must, with knowledge of youth soccer operations.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with GotSport, Affinity, BYGA, Blue Host, Soccer.com, PENSRA, Demosphere, SQWAD platforms.
- Resourcefulness.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the full Google Suite.
- Stellar organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations and information.
- Outstanding organization skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to ask questions, provide input, accept advice, and take direction.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in presenting plans and projections to management/ownership.
- Ability to build strong relationships with affiliates.
- Demonstrated job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
