This is a part-time position requiring a commitment from January to June. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading practices and games, developing game plans, and evaluating player performance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading practices and games, developing game plans, and evaluating player performance.
• Creating a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for others.
• Maintaining open communication with parents and other coaches to ensure a smooth and successful season.

Requirements:

• High school baseball or softball playing experience.
• Previous coaching experience, preferably with youth teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
