If you’ve built strong ties with lacrosse families in the area — and you love helping boys gain confidence through skill, speed, and teamwork — this is your next coaching role.

Sportset Kids is hiring a Youth Boys Lacrosse Coach to lead and grow our year-round recreational program. We want someone who doesn’t just run drills — they build players who love the game.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead practices that move fast, build skills, and keep it fun. Teach passing, catching, dodging, shooting, defense — all in an age-appropriate way.
• Coach with heart. Build character, teamwork, and discipline — on and off the field.
• Bring your following. Use your network of players and parents to grow the program with families who already trust you.
• Communicate like a pro. Keep players, parents, and staff in the loop and on the same page.
• Prioritize safety. From gear to drills, keep your practices smart and injury-free.

What We’re Looking For:

• You’ve coached boys youth lacrosse before — rec, club, or school level.
• You understand how to break down the game for different ages and skill levels.
• You’re engaging, encouraging, and great with both kids and parents.
• You’ve got a network — and they’d love to join your next program.
• You’re reliable, organized, and have strong communication skills.
• Background check clearance is required.
• Certifications are a plus, but not required.
• You are available year-round, this is not a temporary seasonal summer position.

Pay: $50.00 – $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week
