Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic soccer coach to lead our youth soccer programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience coaching youth soccer or a strong background in playing the sport at a collegiate level. The ability to create engaging and fun games for kids aged 4-14 is crucial, as well as effective time management and roster organization skills. Building strong character and promoting teamwork among players is also essential for success in this role.

Our coaches play a vital role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for the game. As a result, we require all candidates to undergo a thorough background check before being considered for the position.

A competitive hourly rate ranging from $40-$70 will be offered to successful candidates, commensurate with their level of experience and fit for the role. We strive to maintain a safe and supportive environment for both our coaches and participants, ensuring a positive and productive experience for everyone involved.
