Well, why not apply to be our Basketball Training Administrator? This role requires someone with a background in basketball, an affinity for organization of processes and upholding quality standards, and some experience playing team sports.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all gyms are functioning optimally as per Royal standards and that all coaches are following the Royal way.
2. Plan and adjust schedules dynamically based on attendance numbers and prospective attendance.
3. Ensure that clients are satisfied with the Royal experience, and answer any concerns they may have while at a gym.
4. Coordinate grand scale events like Camps.
5. Periodically review coaches’ performances and intervene where necessary.

Our Hiring Process

This role involves three interviews. We aspire to ensure that no more than three days elapse between each stage, but delays may occur. Please keep this in mind when applying for the role.

Requirements

1. Experience managing people.
2. Experience playing basketball, at least at a high school level.
3. The ability to set and enforce standards.
4. The drive to work with a larger team in order to achieve excellence.
5. A calm and friendly demeanour and an affinity for client relations.
6. A critical mind that can assess data and situations to make justified decisions.
7. Great communication skills (written and verbal).
8. Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle.

This is a part-time position, based in Los Angeles, California. Please apply only if you have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle of your own. Work hours will be between 15-20 hours a week and will involve daily travel to one of the Royal practice locations.
