Job Description
Boost Baseball is a premier select baseball organization based in Factoria, Washington, founded by former professional players Andre Marshall and Sean White. Our mission is to develop youth athletes through elite-level training, a deep respect for the game, and a strong emphasis on character. Serving players from 11U through high school, Boost Baseball combines professional-level instruction with a team-first culture that prepares athletes for success both on and off the field.
Co-founder Andre Marshall, a former Philadelphia Phillies draft pick and University of Washington standout, brings over 20 years of hitting instruction experience and a track record of sending hundreds of players to college and professional baseball. Co-founder Sean White, a former Seattle Mariners pitcher and Mercer Island native, brings deep knowledge in pitching development and a passion for helping young players grow through structured, intentional coaching.
Position Overview:
Boost Baseball is seeking passionate, committed coaches to lead teams in our youth baseball program for the upcoming season! This part-time position runs from October 2025 to July 2026, and features competitive pay, up to $8,000 for the season for highly qualified coaches.
What to expect:
- 2-3 practices per week
- Tournaments on weekends
- Coaching players ages 8-14
- Opportunities to grow with a dedicated and supportive staff
- Access to indoor training facility and equipment
Qualifications:
- Have baseball playing or coaching experience
- Great communicators with kids and families
- Can bring energy, structure, and leadership to the field
- Must pass a background check
