Soccer Coach at Kids United (Lead & Assistant Positions Available)

KidsUnited is the leading brand in indoor youth soccer development. Our unique training method not only improves soccer coordination and technique, but also develops the physical, mental, and social skills of children from 1.5 to 8 year olds, all in our state of the art indoor facility.

As a KidsUnited Coach, you’ll be responsible for conducting 45-minute training sessions with groups of 10-12 students. You will also keep parents informed about their child’s progress as well as conduct periodic evaluations of each child in the program.

Responsibilities:

• Lead fun soccer training sessions for children aged 1.5-8 years, with a maximum of 12 children per class.
• Understand and execute KidsUnited training sessions
• Connect with parents, providing insights into the purpose and key focuses of each session.
• Consistently deliver feedback to parents about their child’s development, maintaining accurate records.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants in every activity.
• Care for equipment and maintain a clean and welcoming facility.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with youth coaching or a minimum of 2 years working with children strongly preferred.
• Flexible to work day, evening and weekend hours as needed
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be passionate about the sport of soccer and working with children.
• Soccer experience necessary
• Must have high energy and be enthusiastic
• High school diploma required
• Ability to work and function in a team environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $26.50 per hour
