The Masters School is seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic soccer coaches for the upcoming Fall season. We have positions open at all levels including Middle School, Junior Varsity (JV) and Varsity. In addition to coaching, successful candidates will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive team environment, and helping players develop their skills and passion for the sport.

-Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
-Plan and conduct regular practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy.
-Provide constructive feedback and support to players to help them improve their performance and reach their full potential.
-Attend and actively participate in all team practices, games, and other scheduled events.
-Collaborate with other coaches, school staff, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive athletic experience for all players.
-Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and respect both on and off the court.
-Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and school administration regarding team activities, schedules, and expectations.
