Job Description
We are seeking a Youth Basketball Coach to join our team at Bay City Basketball in San Francisco, CA. As a Coach with us, you will lead practices, coach games, develop player skills, and foster a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead practices (2 per week) at Bay City headquarters, local high schools, and recreation centers
- Coach games (most weekends during season) in the Bay Area
- Develop player skills and teach team concepts
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
Requirements:
- Experience in coaching youth basketball
- Knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategies
- Ability to work well with children and create a supportive learning environment
- Certifications in coaching or relevant training are a plus
