Lacrosse Coach – Female Team Development Specialist

About the Role

The Lacrosse Coach – Female Team Development Specialist is responsible for enhancing the performance of members of a girls lacrosse team. The successful candidate will develop and implement training programs to improve teamwork, skills, and knowledge of the game.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the girls lacrosse team
• Enhance team performance through skill development and strategic planning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, parents, and school administrators

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience coaching, preferably as a head coach
• A valid driver’s license and ability to drive safely
• Valid CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of employment

Working Conditions

This is a conditional offer based on successful completion of fingerprint/background clearance, tuberculosis clearance, and physical examination clearance (if required). All candidates with a record of convictions must disclose this information on the confidential data form.
