We’re Hiring – Head & Assistant Baseball Coaches

The NY Bluebirds, an elite youth travel baseball program based in New York City, is seeking passionate and skilled Head and Assistant Baseball Coaches to join our staff starting September 2025.

Qualifications:

• Playing/Training Background: Exposure to advanced baseball training at the professional, collegiate, or elite high school level.
• Coaching Experience: Proven ability to develop youth baseball players, ideally in the 8U–16U age range.
• Player Development Skills: Patience, strong communication abilities, and the ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Honest, punctual, responsible, and committed to the success of the program and its athletes.
• Availability:
• Weekends are essential — Saturday mornings or afternoons, plus all day Sunday.
• Additional weekday availability for practices and games from September to mid-November.
• Willingness to Learn: Openness to adopting and teaching our innovative coaching methods.
• Education & Logistics: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Access to a car is a significant plus.
• Compensation: Based on prior coaching and playing experience.
