Lead Youth Basketball Coach

Bay City Basketball is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Youth Basketball Coach to join our team. As a coach with us, you will have the opportunity to develop the skills and talents of young basketball players, while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

• Job Description:
• Lead practices and games for teams of youth basketball players aged 5-18
• Develop and implement game plans and strategies to ensure player growth and success
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to players to help them improve their skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching youth basketball with a strong understanding of the fundamentals and strategies of the game
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire players
• Able to work well with children and create a supportive learning environment
• Certifications in coaching or relevant training are a plus
