Job Title:

Youth Baseball Coach

Are you passionate about sports and working with kids? Do you have a knack for teaching fundamental skills and making the learning process fun? We are seeking a Youth Baseball Coach to join our team of experienced instructors who are dedicated to providing an exceptional sports experience for children aged 3-6 years old.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards building relationships with players, parents, and coaches. If you are a motivated self-starter who can solve problems and provide superior customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist parent volunteer coaches in leading practices focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of the sport on game day.
• Officiate games.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred but not mandatory.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members as needed.
