Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in playing and coaching lacrosse, with a strong ability to educate and motivate kids aged from 6 to 11 years old. This role is essential in fostering a positive environment that encourages personal growth, teamwork, and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Educate participants on techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Monitor athletes’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.

Experience

• Previous playing and coaching experience in Lacrosse is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire individuals of varying skill levels.
• A passion for Lacrosse with a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour
