Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baseball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport and a commitment to developing young athletes’ skills both on and off the field. This role involves coaching players of varying skill levels, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sportsmanship environment.

Duties

• Organize and lead drills that improve players’ batting, pitching, fielding, and base running skills.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages sportsmanship and respect among players.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding team expectations, schedules, and player development.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience in sports coaching with a focus on baseball is preferred.
• Background in teaching or working with students in an educational or athletic setting is highly valued.
• Skills in behavior management to effectively guide young athletes in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage with players of all ages and backgrounds effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
