About the Role

This is a position that requires a deep commitment to fostering growth and excellence in our young athletes. Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality, professionally run AAU basketball programs for boys and girls aged 5-18, year round.

Our teams start in 3rd grade and run through 11th grade. We offer camps, clinics, seasonal teams, tournaments, and leagues for both boys and girls. This role will allow you to be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes player development and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• To coach and mentor young basketball players, promoting their physical, emotional, and social growth.
• To work collaboratively with our team to design and implement engaging basketball programs.
• To establish positive relationships with parents, players, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in coaching or mentoring youth sports teams.
• Strong knowledge of basketball techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
