Full job description
What You’ll Do:
- Teach essential skills, techniques, and strategies to players.
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and player development.
- Support players during practice and games, offering guidance and motivation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in playing or coaching softball (preferred, but not required).
- Enthusiasm for working with athletes of all skill levels.
- Availability for practices and games (weekday evenings and some weekends).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
