Senior Sport Coordinator Baseball

The Senior Sports Coordinator role entails enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches.

This position involves hands-on participation in practices and games across all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Oversee the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills consistently.

Qualifications include excellent communication skills, sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge, and highly motivated self-starter abilities.
