Responsibilities

• Coach youth soccer teams, ensuring a fun and educational experience for players.
• Prepare and conduct training sessions, focusing on skill development and teamwork.
• Manage groups of 15 to 20 children during practices and games.
• Communicate effectively with players and parents regarding schedules and expectations.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance for all training sessions.

Requirements

• Soccer playing experience of at least 5 years.
• At least 1 year of soccer coaching experience.
• Must possess a USSF Grassroots Coaching License or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Availability for evening training sessions from Monday to Thursday.
