Soccer Coach Job

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic coach looking to develop young players’ skills and confidence? We’re seeking experienced soccer coaches to join our team and help kids build their passion for the game.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with children and have a strong soccer background. As a coach, you will lead fun and engaging training sessions, teaching fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship. You will also support and challenge players across all skill levels, creating a safe and positive environment where every player can grow.

• Develop and implement engaging training programs for kids aged 4-14.
• Teach soccer skills and techniques, emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Support and challenge players of varying skill levels, promoting progress and enjoyment.
• Create a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a love for the game.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior coaching or kids’ sports experience (soccer preferred).
• Strong knowledge of soccer skills and training methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and positivity when working with kids.
• Reliable and committed to evening/weekend availability.
• Strong coaching certifications (USSF, UEFA, NSCAA, etc.) are a plus.
