Expectations and Job Description

-Scheduling: The current Program Manager is required to maintain the coaching schedule through our scheduling application

– Coaching Assessments and Results: In accordance with the Scheduling effort, it must be noted that not all coaches are fit to lead classes of every age group. This specialization limits the number of available people that the Program Manager has access to when making the final Schedule. Having intricate records of coaches ability is integral to the program’s success. It is the Program Managers responsibility to make sure coaches are only put with groups they are best fit to teach.

– Hierarchy System: The Hierarchy system aims to both reward and incentivize coaches to continue their employment journey with Euro Soccer USA. This system works based on the current Manager’s knowledge of the coaches’ ability and their tenacity.

– Coaching Contract: The Coaching Contract is extremely important towards the maintaining of a respectful, and professional relationship. The Coaching director is responsible to hold each individual coach to every word of the contract, making everyday interactions as smooth as possible.

-Curriculum: Curriculum at Euro Soccer is a driving force of our business. The Euro Soccer USA philosophy is what sets us apart, and ultimately drives a majority of our sales. Keeping the coaches in line with the approved curriculum is integral.

– Sales: One of the most important marks of a good Coaching Manager is their ability in sales. Since Euro Soccer USA gathers a lot of passing trade, not only do the coaches need to be trained in selling the program and needs to be ready to make conversions.

In addition to this, the Coaching Director’s job is to field inquiry’s, respond to parents and call new potential customers.

Communicating with General Manager: The Coaching Director is responsible to report any necessary information to the general Manager. Additionally, they are required to be present at the bi-weekly or monthly board meetings.

– Project Management Software: Euro Soccer USA prides itself on being extremely organized in the office. This works only because of the usage of our project Management software “Click-up.” As the Program Manager it is integral that this software is utilized to communicate the status of projects to the rest of the Euro Soccer Leadership Team.

– Field Setup: Cones, goals and pinnies must be consistently prepared before kids arrive. Coaches are responsible for the contents of the coaching bag at all times. This includes: pens, a watch, cones, pinnies and ice packs.

Salary range: $25-30

Hours: 20 per week. Available to work weekends ( 8:00am to 12:00 pm) and weekdays

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
