Job Description:
- Lead the Girls’ Varsity Lacrosse team as Head Coach.
- Develop and implement game strategies, team building activities, and player development plans.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.
- Collaborate with school administration and staff to ensure alignment with school goals and policies.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school officials to ensure open communication and mutual understanding.
- Meet regular deadlines for game preparation, practice planning, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Valid California coaching certification.
- Proven experience in coaching lacrosse at the high school or collegiate level.
- Strong knowledge of the sport, including rules, regulations, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
