Lead Soccer Program

Seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated coach to lead and develop our high school Soccer program.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will plan, organize, and execute effective practices, drills, and game strategies that develop players’ Soccer skills, teamwork, and understanding of the game. Additionally, they will instruct and mentor student-athletes, emphasizing personal development, academic achievement, and positive behavior on and off the field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute effective practice sessions, focusing on developing players’ skills, teamwork, and understanding of the game.
• Instruct and mentor student-athletes, emphasizing personal development, academic achievement, and positive behavior.
• Promote team cohesion, sportsmanship, discipline, and respect within the team and when interacting with opponents, officials, and fans.
• Analyze performance and provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their skills and game performance.
• Manage all aspects of game-day operations, including team preparation, strategy implementation, and in-game decision-making.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience and knowledge of Soccer rules and strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes while maintaining high expectations for performance and behavior.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all players.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Completion of required background check and safe environment training.

Preferred Qualifications

• 25 years of age or older.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the practice and game schedule.
