The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, growth, and organizational development of the club. This leadership role ensures that all administrative, logistical, and player development systems run efficiently while supporting the club’s mission, culture, and long-term vision.
The Director of Operations will work closely with club leadership, coaches, players, and families to create a professional, organized, and positive environment that promotes excellence on and off the field. Key responsibilities include player recruitment and retention, program coordination, coach support, scheduling, communication with families, event and tournament management, camp operations, and overall club administration.
This role also plays a major part in building the club’s culture and reputation within the community by helping expand programs, improve member experience, strengthen organizational systems, and support strategic growth across both the east and west sides of Oahu.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, energetic, relationship-driven, and passionate about youth soccer development and community leadership.
