We’re looking for a SEO Specialist in Asia to manage and improve our backlink strategy. You’ll focus on building strong partnerships, identifying high-quality opportunities, and tracking performance to ensure we achieve measurable results. What You’ll Do

Manage Partnerships

• Respond to backlink exchange requests and connect with link-building communities.
• Build and nurture relationships with backlink partners, including one-time collaborations and ongoing partnerships.
• Use a structured system to track the status of backlink partnerships.

Evaluate Opportunities

• Review potential partners based on Domain Rating (DR), content quality, and alignment with our goals.
• Ensure every backlink meets quality standards and adds value.

Coordinate Link Placements

• Handle outgoing backlink requests and process incoming ones for relevance and impact.
• Monitor backlinks to confirm they’re live and meet expectations.

Maintain Records and Track Performance

• Keep our backlink database up to date and notify the team when links go live.
• Identify and fix broken links in our content.
• Report regularly on backlink performance, highlighting measurable impacts on rankings.
• Suggest improvements using insights from SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in link-building, backlink management, or a similar SEO role.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush for backlink tracking and analysis.
• A solid understanding of ethical link-building and how to find high-quality opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships and detailed records.
• Strong communication skills for building lasting partnerships.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Availability to overlap with UTC+8 timezone by at least three hours.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, website architecture, and SEO fundamentals is a plus.

• Experience with backlink strategies in hiring-related industries.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
