Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR)

Our platform enables cross-functional teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Engineering & QA) to collaborate at scale on a ‘single source of truth’ to track, prioritise and close any gaps in the delivery of customer use cases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities

  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships

  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale

  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database

  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business

  • Experience working with multiple geographies - US, EMEA, APAC is a plus

Key Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in B2B SaaS

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • Prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing

  • Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM

  • Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn and a strong team player
