CogniSaaS is a customer onboarding software for B2B SaaS companies serving mid-market/enterprise customers. Our product helps CS/Onboarding teams deliver faster time-to-value for customers by driving collaboration with customers and internal teams (Sales, CS, and Product) on a single source of truth.

About the role:

We have seen growing awareness and demand for our product as we have won deals with customers in the US and APAC against large competitors because of strong differentiators. In order to scale our GTM rapidly with this momentum, we are now hiring 'the first' founding Sales Rep.

So this could be your career-defining role to make a big impact at an early stage. You will work directly with the Founders, put the right sales process and tools in place, drive the pipeline and revenue, build a sales team, and grow your career with the company's growth.

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will take ownership of reaching out to potential customers globally, discovery calls, product demos, qualification, pilots, negotiation, and closure.

You will approach prospects with a deep understanding of their business priorities and pain points, and connect the dots to CogniSaaS product. You follow a consultative sales approach and become a guide to help customers achieve their target business outcomes with CogniSaaS.

You will get support from an existing SDR to drive outbound campaigns.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Experience in selling to Founders, Chief Customer Officers, and Onboarding/Professional Services Leaders in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of generating, qualifying, and closing five and six-figure deals with customers in North America and Europe in early-stage B2B SaaS companies. You are comfortable working in the US time zone as required.
  • Experience in hiring and leading a sales team.
