*Job Summary:*We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment and Administration Executive with at least 2 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS software, and will be responsible for supporting both talent acquisition and office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
*Key Responsibilities:**Recruitment Responsibilities:*Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms including job boards, social media, and internal portals.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
Conduct initial HR screening and assist in final interview coordination.
Utilize ATS for candidate tracking and database management.
Maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
*Administrative Responsibilities:*Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
Manage day-to-day office administration tasks including vendor management, office supplies, and logistics.
Organize employee engagement activities, onboarding sessions, and internal communication.
Assist with payroll data preparation, leave and attendance tracking using HRMS.
Draft letters, internal communications, and handle filing and documentation.
Support in compliance audits and HR documentation processes.
*Requirements:*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and administration.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with discretion.
