The Opportunity

Cognitensor is launching a new AI Venture Studio focused on building AI-first companies with serious domain experts.

We’re looking for a Co-Founder & Managing Partner to build and run this vertical as a business, not manage it like a role. You will own outcomes, strategy, and portfolio success.

This is ideal for a founder between ventures who wants leverage, speed, and exposure to multiple startups — without burning personal capital.

Who This Is For

You are:

• An ex-founder (success or failure — experience matters more than outcomes)
• Comfortable with zero-to-one chaos
• Someone who enjoys building products, not just advising founders
• Able to speak business with founders and tech with engineering teams
• Strong at deal sourcing — you proactively identify, attract, and qualify serious founders
• Interested in building a portfolio of AI-first ventures, not a single bet

Your Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing:
• Identify and onboard domain experts with real business problems, market access, and intent to build
• Founder Filtering:
• Screen out idea-only founders and wantrepreneurs; validate seriousness, budget, and execution ability
• Product Strategy:
• Translate founder vision into lean MVP roadmaps for Cognitensor’s AI/dev team
• Venture Leadership:
• Act as interim Product / Venture Lead across 3–5 startups simultaneously
• Portfolio Building:
• Help ventures move from idea → MVP → traction → fundable businesses
