We are a remote-first company, Headquartered in NYC with Engineering teams in Israel and Europe, we're expanding rapidly and seeking a visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead our talented team.
Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Engineering, you'll spearhead our technological vision, driving the development of scalable, reliable SaaS solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation. This role requires a strong background in software engineering and SaaS methodologies. Experience in large companies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team in aligning technical initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive the development of cutting-edge SaaS solutions, focusing on scalability and reliability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence within the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with product management to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of engineering talent.
- Establish best practices for software development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a focus on SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience managing teams larger than 50 employees.
- Strong understanding of development practices and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their practical applications.
- Prior leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
