Your role:

As the Implementation Manager, you will lead the Solutions Team and manage the rollout and configuration effort our ConverSight platform for new customers. You will assist with creating and solutioning technically/functionally complex issues that may be unique to a customer-specific customizations. You will support, mentor, and guide a technical team throughout the implementation lifecycle while providing an excellent first impression to our customers. You will also play an integral role in exploring opportunities for process improvement to enhance our client’s experience.

We are seeking a dedicated, self-starting individual to understand project management, manage multiple implementations in parallel, understand customer requirements and ensure successful implementation of our analytics SaaS platform. A successful candidate will be naturally curious, always seeking the answers, adaptable and quick on their feet. This individual must embrace a customer first and problem-solving mindset.

Your day-to-day at a glance:

  • Lead a team of implementation specialists and technicians through the execution of the installation process, offering support and instruction on technical issues, mentoring the team in growth and development, and contributing to overall performance improvement while supporting company culture
  • Assume ownership of the implementation process and progress toward becoming a subject matter expert on the topic
  • Assign configuration tasks and manage through to completion for a high volume, growing client base
  • Responsible for install process and product delivery in adherence to service level agreements
  • Serve as a supporting point of contact for new customers or customer escalations during the implementation process
  • Participate in customer calls to assist with prerequisite requirements set up, project kick-off, go live and product connection calls, or as support for other issues where required
  • Support ongoing customer success and training by assisting with follow-up requests and questions during and after customer connection and go-live
  • Collaborate with the product development team on feature releases and framework updates as it relates to and impacts product install
  • Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to adapt and learn processes, tools, or techniques quickly
  • Contribute as a team player through participation and collaboration with other team members
  • Provide exemplary customer service to each customer contact with professional communication and prompt, courteous responses

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Project Management skills in Analytics Platform/software/tools rollout
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (Engineering, Computer Science or Business or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Executive presence with ability to lead brainstorming and interactive sessions with an audience of senior decision makers
  • Highly motivated, hands-on personality
  • Business Intelligence / Analytics Tool experience
  • Knowledge of SaaS/Hosted/On-Premises software
  • Solid understanding of Business Intelligence / Analytics Tool and trends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be customer focused and can manage/resolve solutions to complex technical issues
  • Proven ability to gain cooperation of others, proven leadership skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams to provide quick and timely responses to prospects

  • This job requires up to 10%-20% travel domestically
  • This is a full-time opportunity.

Must Have:

  • Experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics platform project management experience
  • Experience with fortune 1000 clients
  • Good Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools

Nice to Have:

  • Supply chain experience
  • Familiarity in using BI Tools
