Roles and responsibilities

Understand business requirements predominantly in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma domains for the given data analytics project and establish high level data pipeline/processing/transformation requirements.

Perform Data profiling and produce data understanding in business terms and discuss shortfalls/excess with business users/leaders

With Deep understanding of Timeseries, ML and OR algos, provide to the point solution proposal to clients.

Understand design and work closely with development team and review code outcomes by analysing bottle necks and resolving those in timely manner

Proactively surface the challenges or data quality issues and work to resolve the same in the right way

To contribute as individual contributor while authoring reports as well as as a business analyst with very high degree of commitment and integrity.

Lead a team of AI/BI Consultants.

Bring innovation in every steps. Brining new ways to represent data to customer.

To conduct Pre-UAT testing for every deliverables.

To build reports with role-based data accesses, control towers, generative AI narratives.

Effective verbal and written communication within the team and with the customers.

Skills and experience

Very strong in working with data in Excels. Ability to do quick analysis, visualization, profile with excel data.

Has experience working in any of reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, OBIEE, SSAS, SAP Business Objects

Working experience with data from Multiple ERP Tools.

Ability to understand any given code piece(ETL logics) and understand business outcomes.

Ability to write pseudo code, Algorithms

Strong Analytical problem solving skills.

Highly skilled in Advanced SQLs

Very good at Data Modelling and Dimensional Modelling

Very strong in both row level and bulk data processing approaches

Ability to arrive at design quickly without any handholding.

Added Advantage for the right candidate

Ability to do understand any given business domains in short time.

Ability to understand when to apply ML programs (Clustering, Regression, Classification, Timeseries)

Has relevant certifications to prove above skills

Eligibility

Minimum of Batchelors degree + 8 years of work experience in above said areas.

OR Holding MBA + 5 Years of work experience in above said roles.

Certification or advanced courses in Supply chain/Trading/Retail/ML/Cloud/NN
