Your Role: Sales Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers for Conversight by targeting India’s top 1000 companies in Manufacturing. You will research prospects, engage senior stakeholders (VP and above) in IT, Finance, and Operations, pitch Conversight’s AI-driven BI solutions, and convert leads into long-term clients.

  • Type: Full-time role with significant growth opportunities.
  • Location: Remote - Pune or Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospects in target companies in Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution.
  • Reach out to senior stakeholders via emails, LinkedIn, calls, events and other channels to schedule meetings.
  • Present and pitch Conversight’s AI-powered solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive conversions and generate new business.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase account penetration and wallet share.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales data in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to sales processes and participate in ongoing sales and product training.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years selling to senior stakeholders in large enterprises (India’s top 1000 companies).
  • Exposure to AI, BI, SaaS, or analytics solutions is a must.
