  • Partner Enablement: Build partner marketing toolkits, campaigns-in-a-box, playbooks, and communications to drive consistent partner-led pipeline.
  • OEM & Integration Marketing: Translate integrations into compelling value propositions; support joint launches, marketplace listings, and partner messaging with product marketing.
  • VAR & Channel Marketing: Collaborate with VARs on field marketing, ABM, and regional programs to accelerate pipeline and deal influence.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track KPIs, report on sourced/influenced pipeline, manage co-marketing budgets/MDF, and optimize program performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or relevant B2B marketing
  • Proven experience working with OEM / technology partners and VARs
  • Experience executing co-marketing campaigns across digital and field channels
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Both strategic and hands-on — comfortable building programs while also executing campaigns and assets
  • Experienced in co-marketing and field marketing, with a track record of launching joint campaigns that partners actually use
  • Highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with Partner Sales, Alliances, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen
  • Skilled at translating technical integrations and solutions into clear, compelling partner and customer value
  • Organized and metrics-driven, with experience managing multiple partners, priorities, and MDF budgets
  • A strong communicator who can enable partners with messaging, toolkits, and guidance that drives consistent execution
