ConverSight, a SaaS B2B start-up based in Indianapolis, is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. As a data analyst at ConverSight, you will have the opportunity to work with our conversational intelligent platform, leveraging Natural Language Processing and machine learning to bridge the gap between humans and machines. You will be an integral part of our team, helping to deliver on-demand insights through our AI business assistant, Athena. Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling, translating complex data into meaningful insights
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and ability to apply them to real-world business problems
- Supply chain experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science)
