About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to help fast-growing brands unlock the full value of ConvertFlow. This role is equal parts onboarding specialist, strategic consultant, and relationship manager — guiding brands through campaign implementation, funnel optimization, and long-term success on the platform.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner to brands as they craft personalized shopping experiences that drive higher conversion rates, increased revenue, and greater customer loyalty. How You’ll Make a Difference
- Learn – Become an expert in funnel optimization strategies and the set of tools brands use to deliver personalized shopping experiences.
- Onboard – Help brands launch their first campaigns quickly and confidently using ConvertFlow’s best practices and templates
- Coach – Provide ecommerce strategy guidance and help marketers optimize their funnels over time
- Execute – Jump in to build or QA campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and help customers launch faster
- Manage – Own a portfolio of accounts and build strong, proactive client relationships
- Retain & Grow – Increase product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and help drive higher customer LTV
- Collaborate – Work closely with product, design, sales, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and improve the experience
Your First 6 Months
In Month 1, You’ll:
- Learn the ConvertFlow story, platform, and customer journey
- Complete product and funnel strategy training
- Shadow onboarding and success calls
- Begin supporting a handful of accounts with guidance from your team
- Help answer support questions to deepen your product & customer knowledge
By Month 3, You’ll:
- Confidently lead onboarding and optimization calls
- Build and QA popups, landing pages, and quizzes for customers
- Be on track to hit retention, NPS, and activation goals
- Recommend strategies for conversion rate, AOV, and loyalty improvements
- Be a go-to partner for your accounts
- Be fully immersed in ecommerce funnel trends and strategies
By Month 6, You’ll:
- Fully own a portfolio of accounts and become their trusted advisor
- Be hitting or exceeding retention and satisfaction goals
- Partner with sales to support expansion deals
- Share insights and playbook improvements with the team
- Identify and optimize improvements to customer onboarding and success workflows
- Help develop best practices and shape the product roadmap
- Potentially start mentoring newer hires as the team grows
Where You’ll Work
Hybrid: You’ll work from our Miami/Coral Gables office 3 days a week, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
About You
- 1–4 years in client success, onboarding, or digital strategy—ideally in SaaS, ecommerce, or an agency
- Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads, page builders, or eager to learn them
- A natural communicator who builds trust through clarity, consistency, and empathy
- Organized and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- Motivated by results — you care about helping brands grow, and are always looking for ways to improve performance for your accounts
- Hands-on and tech-savvy — you’re not afraid to jump into a builder, troubleshoot, or help customers solve hard problems
- Already using AI — you’ll be expected to improve your workflows and output using AI tools
- Bonus: background in ecommerce marketing, creative services, or design
