Key Skills: Fluent English; Extensive Ruby on Rails experience; AWS experience (CodePipeline, EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS, SES etc.); Elasticsearch and Postgres (or similar) experience; CI/CD experience (Terraform or CloudForm); Strong client collaboration abilities; Architecture decision-making proficiency. Role Profile: Work closely with the CTO to shape the platform’s future; Fully remote 6 month contract; Develop and maintain the current codebase; Mentor junior developers; Collaborate with and assist clients; Orchestrate deployments to all environments including production; Provide production support, with some out of hours support; Help to drive the architectural decisions.
